How to use the checklist
For each item, record the evidence available, the unresolved decision, an owner and a review date. A checked item means you have reviewed it—not that a launch is guaranteed to succeed. The worksheet stays in this browser tab and can be printed; no answers are sent to EF Consulting.
Agree a launch gate
Distinguish work that must be resolved before promotion from work that can improve after launch. Examples of launch dependencies include accurate product claims, an agreed enquiry route and a workable sample process.
If a requirement concerns product compliance, seek the appropriate specialist advice. This checklist covers marketing readiness and is not a substitute for technical, legal or operational checks.
Review after the first conversations
Use early customer and partner feedback to revisit the proposition, materials and handover. Keep a decision record rather than treating the checklist as a one-off sign-off.
Your working notes
Notes stay in this tab only and disappear on reload. Print a copy to keep them. Nothing here is submitted.
